Ashford United Methodist Church is always involved in missions on one level or another. We offer financial and volunteer support for West Houston Assistance Ministries all year long. And we take occasional trips out of state and out of the country to both spread the Word and offer healing and service to those in need.

September 28, 2008Special Worship Services andLuncheon after 2nd Service Plan to celebrate the gift of learning! Come and honor those people in the church who help us grow and learn!
THE PURPOSE OF CHRISTIAN EDUCATION “When we witness to God’s great love, we move out from the community of believers to confront injustice and to offer God’s grace to people who are estranged from God. We proclaim and offer to others the transforming love of Jesus Christ that we know in our own lives. Our witness takes place in the face of constant pressure from the world to conform to its ways. Our witness for Christ takes courage and discipline, and we know that it is not an option but a responsibility.”
